It's the year 2777, and the world is under great division. A group of people known as Neo-Humans, an alleged mutated group of humans are at odds with regular humans. The ongoing conflict has only gotten worse with the arrival of the N.H.C, which stands for Neo-Human Containment, another branch of law enforcement to handle Neo-Human criminals exclusively. The groups methods are highly oppressive though and many Neo-Humans are fighting back. Koa a college student is caught in the midst of it all and is on a path to find out the truth of not only the N.H.C, but even the origins of Neo-Humans.
