The year is 2891. Tajis Habib, an experienced mining prospector, finds himself imprisoned by aliens on the remote planet Osiris. Tajis had been studying the planet’s resources before his capture and stumbled upon a startling discovery: the aliens are advancing at an astonishing pace, achieving in a single century what humanity took tens of millennia to accomplish.
But the real shock comes when Tajis learns that the aliens worship a mysterious figure named Oskar, a human who has been helping them reverse-engineer human technology since his arrival.
