Full Description

Lt. Colonel Greg Mordant had introduced a new kind of hovercraft to the Western World's unconventional warfare theater. NATO was asking him to help apply pressure on Russian and Chinese forces in the Baltic.
He could do that, but the risks were immense! A critical feature of his eVTOL hovercraft was it's stealth. It could not be heard 120 feet away in the dark of night! It's radar signature was small, because the Eagle and SkyCars were small and built with radar absorbing materials. When they were skillfully flown, down so low as to be in ground clutter, they were nearly undetectable on radar. They flew in the dark of night, under low clouds whenever possible. It was time to bring an undeclared war to Russian assets in the Gulf of Finland! Flying over water wasn't completely new, but they needed to extend their skills, to do it safely and effectively!
