Ringed by an army of automated killing machines, and after centuries holding the relentless southward population migrations at bay, the Complex, a city-state within a city-state, is finally beginning to fail.
With its First Minister seemingly more unhinged by the day, and its automated hunter-killers becoming increasingly hard to control, a small cadre of the Complex elite has every intention of taking the world down with it.
But the Northerners have their own ideas. Observing the Complex’s slow and inevitably deadly collapse, and knowing what will happen if its automated killing machines, the Trekkers, are unleashed on the world, they put their own plan into action; a plan to finish the Complex and its insane First Minister once and for all.
