Mark and Ann are a US Navy SEAL and Navy nurse pulled into the world of genetic engineering and teamed as long-distance sniper assassins. Yet, they go far beyond that in field testing the new super weapon. They also show that it is capable of causing at an extreme distance a fuel-air explosion rivaling the destructive power of tactical nuclear weapon.
